氨己烯酸抑制劑Vigabatrin, an analogue of gamma-aminobutyric acid, is an irreversible inhibitor of 4-aminobutyrate transaminase responsible for the catabolism of γ-aminobutyric acid. Off-label uses include therapy of cocaine dependence.
